Service Policy

  • Tire Trooper offers 24/7 mobile tire services, including tire repair, replacement, fleet services, and emergency roadside assistance.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate vehicle information, location, and preferred service times during booking.
  • Services are subject to availability. In rare cases, we may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or technician delays.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required upon completion of service unless pre-arranged through a contract or fleet agreement.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, or authorized financing options (if applicable).
  • For fleet clients, invoices are due within 30 days unless specified otherwise. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
  • Emergency services canceled after dispatch are subject to a $75 dispatch fee.

Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds for unmounted tires will be provided within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.
